The journey of healing and self-discovery is both courageous and rewarding. At Restor[i]ed, I’m committed to helping individuals and couples move toward more fulfilling lives and relationships by fostering awareness, connection, and purpose.

One of the guiding symbols in our sessions is the physical "&" ornament I bring with me, whether online or in person. This symbol represents the expansion of our sense of self—moving from rigid, black-and-white thinking into a more open and nuanced perspective. Together, we’ll uncover new possibilities for understanding yourself, your relationships, and your circumstances.
